Job 9:33-34

Job 9:33-34

Job 9:33-34

If only there were someone to mediate between us, someone to bring us together, someone to remove God’s rod from me, so that his terror would frighten me no more.

Prayer

Lord, for thousands of years before Christ came to earth God’s people longed for a mediator between them and God. What they longed for, I know. What they wished they could see, I have testimony of in your Word. Lord, help me not to forget the wonderful gift of Jesus who is the bridge between man and God. Today, I will praise Jesus for bringing me together with God, and I will pause in the midst of this busy life to be still and appreciate his great gift.
